TEACHERS and educators

The Jupiter Artland Foundation has an exciting and varied programme of CPD (Continued Professional Development) for teachers and educational workers sharing their expertise in creative learning in the outdoor setting.

In 2018/19 we will be offering a range of session and opportunities for whole school teams. Not only committed to welcoming learners to Jupiter Artland our Learning team is looking to expand their outreach and is also available to deliver Jupiter CPD sessions in schools. Designed to tease out the creative artist in you, these CPDs are a combination of a practical and creative workshop, that allows you to explore different artistic techniques or mediums, as well as tour of the collection and some handy  tips on how to bring a piece of Jupiter back into your classroom.

For more information on how to bring your class or group to Jupiter Artland and how apply for a free school visit, look at our schools and universities page
here.

Previous themes of our CPDs include:
  • Teacher’s introduction to Jupiter
  • Creative Learning in Early Years
  • Creative Learning in the Outdoors
  • Engaging Children and Young People in Contemporary Art
  • Whole school team development days for schools to develop creative projects subject to availabilty

We also offer bespoke CPD sessions for full staff teams from schools and organisations, throughout the year ranging from an introduction to the collection and how you can use it as a learning tool, to a more hands on experience of creative learning and/or Forest School based activities. This is the perfect opportunity to explore whole school engagement projects with Jupiter Artland.
