Dance Base Movement and Aerial Harness Workshop

Come and hang and play with All or Nothing Aerial Dance in the trees of the Jupiter Artland woodland.

Beginning with a short floor based warm up, we will begin to explore, climb and play with movement in and around the trees, including work in aerial harness. It will be front pick up harness, similar to rock climbing harnesses, and taught by All or Nothing aerial dance professionals. No experience of aerial or climbing is necessary just being up for a play and explore!

The workshop is open to anyone age 16+ and is free as part of Dance Base & Jupiter Artland Residency series, Space|Nature|Nurture.

Meet at the Front Gates, please note the workshop will be held outside so please wear suitable warm outdoor clothing.
