Join Mindfulness teacher, Ann Richards for a session of mindful movement and sitting or lying meditation at Jupiter Artland. Mindfulness refers to awareness. It’s a kind, caring attention towards oneself or others. Mindfulness can help people to become more resilient, creative and patient as well as dealing more effectively with life’s stresses.

Ann’s teaching approach brings playfulness and lightness in helping you cultivate a sense of joy in everyday experience.

Mindful movement involves gentle movement and postures which are generally suitable for most people. If you have a pre-existing health condition or mobility issues it’s advisable to check with your GP or health professional before engaging in movement.
