As part of Scotland’s Gardens Scheme, Bonnington House has been invited to open to the public, offering an exclusive look around the private gardens with discounted tickets for members.

With proceeds going towards MND Scotland, this is a unique opportunity to peek inside the private family garden and support a cause close to our heart, in memory of Anthony Petrie.

The gardens at Bonnington House were designed by Nicky Wilson and Arabella Lennox-Boyd, comprising a parterre, laburnum arch, labyrinth, terrace gardens and a lawn tennis court. A swimming pool designed by Joana Vasconcelos and the surrounding garden designed by Nicky Wilson and Thomas Underdorfer were opened in 2019 and featured in many publications, both national and international.

Celebrating its 90th year, Scotland’s Garden Scheme’s work raises money for over 250 charities each year whilst encouraging, promoting and supporting garden openings across Scotland.

Arrival is split into AM or PM slots (please note morning arrival is between 10am-12pm and afternoon arrival between 12pm-15pm).

Scotland’s Gardens Scheme Open Day is a private event and tickets do not include entry to Jupiter Artland.
