TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS ARE ONLY CONFIRMED WHEN FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as unfortunately bookings cannot be cancelled or amended 7 days prior to your visit without incurring charges.

  • To reserve your booking, a non-refundable £50 deposit will be required and will be deducted from your final invoice.
  • Once your booking has been confirmed we will send you a final invoice, payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival. *10% discount on ticket admission will be given if payment is received 14 days prior to visit.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for a group booking must be received within 7 days of your visit, otherwise full charges apply. £50 reservations is non-refundable.
  • Tour Bookings: If as part of your booking you have arranged a tour please ensure that you let us know if any of your group has mobility issues, require assistance or disabled parking.
  • Travel: Our gates are 3.3 metres wide, which we know from previous experience has prevented coaches from accessing them. If you are travelling as a group, PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL BY COACH, as a coach will not fit through our gates.  Instead, we recommend you travel by Minibus.
  • Wet Weather Policy: Occasionally Jupiter may have to close in very adverse weather conditions, where possible we will let you know the evening before your travel, however in some circumstances it may be 8am of the morning of your visit. If you are concerned about the weather and wish to call to confirm, please call 01506 889900.
  • Reserved Seating: We cannot guarantee your group will be the only group in this area.
  • Please be aware that we do not permit dogs at the Artland and don't allow picnics.
