A public bathing session allows up to 12 guests to enjoy the pool.  For exclusive use please contact hire@jupiterartland.org.

Please note:

• A Gateway Swimming session includes the cost of entry to the Artland. 
• Please ensure you arrive promptly to your swimming session. We reserve the right to cancel your swimming session if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• On arrival you will have 15 minutes to change in the allocated changing rooms. You will enjoy a 30-minute swimming session, and 15 minutes to change at the end. 
• Please bring your own swimming costumes, towels and suitable footwear to wear between the changing rooms and pool.
• On arrival, if the front gate is closed, please call 01506 889900 or press the Estate Office buzzer for entry.

Terms & Conditions 

Your safety and enjoyment of the bathing sessions are our priorities. Please note these few short rules and guidelines:

• Tickets to this event are limited, non-refundable and times cannot be swapped.

• Bathers must be able to swim.

• Children aged 3 and under are not permitted to bathe in the swimming pool.

• Children aged 16 and under are welcome to bathe but must be accompanied by an adult at all times (One adult must be in the pool at all times).

• The swimming pool does not have a handrail or additional access facilities.

• The pool has stepped access and a shallow end, please be aware the far end of the pool is 2.15m deep.

• Please note the changing spaces are out of the pool area, we recommend poolside footwear sliders/flip flops etc.
• No running /diving or jumping.

• The changing rooms are communal with modesty partitions, and lockers available for use during your session.

• No food or drink can be consumed in the pool area.

• Swimming in Gateway is at your own risk, we cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss of personal items.

• Guests of Bathers are not able to sit by the pool during the session.

• Due to the nature of the event, we cannot allow dog members to attend the bathing sessions.
