40 hours per week, mostly 9am-5.30pm, although some evenings required

The main duties and responsibilities are;
- Recruit, train, manage and support the Front of House Team
- Focus on customer journey, excellence, guest satisfaction, and operationally efficiency
- Areas of responsibility are, the box office, galleries, retail shop, swimming areas, other guest experiences and car parks
- Responsible for guest experience areas presentation, safety, security, incident management, and complaint handling
- Responsible for the daily meeting and planning of Jupiter Artland overview, along with overseeing the opening and closing
- Completion of admin tasks and daily reports, along with assisting in general enquiries
- Work closely and cohesively with all other departments and be a key part of the management team
- Assist/hosting with groups & events. Liaising with the ground staff and catering staff
- Completion and upkeep of compliance and risk assessments
- Attend Management meetings, contribute to growth of organization and experience, carry out other duties as required
- Act as an ambassador for the Jupiter brand and maintain a friendly helpful face for staff and visitors alike. Assist in looking after and hosting VIP’s and members.

Good knowledge of using MS Outlook, MS Word and Excel
Experience and interest in the arts and visitor sector
Retail and or hospitality experience preferred
Driving license
Proactive thinker and solutions driven
We require an experienced professional, with an enthusiastic approach who is able to drive a department forwards and work on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will have the personality and ability to deal with people at all levels and will demonstrate their ability to prioritise and deal efficiently and effectively with their work load. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and maintain strict deadlines.
