Jupiter Artland Christmas Fair stand application form

Please complete this form and submit to Jupiter Artland to register your interest.

Information for stallholders:
  • Stalls are £250 for both days (total cost). Stallholders must be available to attend on both Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd December 2018.
  • Stallholders will be given set times on Friday 30th November 2018 to set up their stand.
  • The stand will be 1 x 6ft trestle table (or equivalent floorspace if preferable). 
  • It is a requirement that all stallholders have appropriate public liability insurance, product liability insurance, and where appropriate, a food hygiene certificate. All certificates must be received 14 days prior to the event.
  • In the event of cancellations, a refund can only be given if we can successfully rebook your stand.
  • By submitting this form, you give Jupiter Artland permission to use your company name in advertising literature for the Christmas Fair.
