Gateway Bathing Sessions

Your safety and enjoyment of the bathing sessions are our priority. Please note these few short rules and guidelines:

– Tickets to this event are limited and non-refundable and times cannot be swapped.
– Bathers must be able to swim.
– Children aged 3 and under are not permitted to bathe in the swimming pool.
– Children aged 4-16 are welcome to bathe, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times (One adult must be in the pool at all times).
– The swimming pool does not have a handrail or additional access facilities.
– The pool has stepped access and a shallow end, please be aware the far end of the pool is 2.15m deep.
– Please note the changing spaces are out of the pool area, we recommend poolside footwear sliders/flip flops etc.
– The changing rooms are communal with modesty partitions, and lockers available for use during your session.
– No food or drink can be consumed in the pool area.
– Swimming in Gateway is at your own risk, we cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss of personal items.
– Guests of Bathers are not able to sit by the pool during the session.
– Due to the nature of the event, we cannot allow dog members to attend the bathing sessions.
