Your safety and enjoyment of the bathing sessions are our priority. Please note these few short rules and guidelines:

Tickets to this event are limited and non-refundable and times cannot be swapped.

Tickets to the Artland must be bought in addition to a pool session.

Bathers must be able to swim.

Children aged 3 and under are not permitted to bathe in the swimming pool.

Children aged 4-16 are welcome to bathe, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times (One adult must be in the pool at all times).

The swimming pool does not have a handrail or additional access facilities.

The pool is heated.

The pool has stepped access and a shallow end, please be aware the far end of the pool is 2.15m deep.

Please note the changing spaces are out of the pool area, we recommend poolside footwear sliders/flip flops etc.

The changing rooms are communal with modesty partitions, and lockers available for use during your session.

No food or drink can be consumed in the pool area.

Swimming in Gateway is at your own risk, we cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss of personal items.

Due to the nature of the event, we cannot allow dog members to attend the bathing sessions.

SWIMMING SESSION TIMINGS:

Please ensure you arrive promptly to your swimming session. On arrival you will have 15 minutes to change in the allocated changing rooms, you will then have a 30 minute swimming session, and 15 minutes to change at the end of you session – example timings below:

Changing room – 9.45
Swim 10 – 10.30
Changing Room – 10.45

Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours cancellation notice. If we are able to rebook your session under this time we will offer a full refund.
